Vlad was very helpful and polite, he fixed my fridge within 4 hours of when I called his company and when he told me the (reasonable) price upfront, it didn't jump up with hidden fees or add-ons. He was very considerate and clean, plus he cleaned out 10 years of dust from the system for free!
